  • First Charge security
  • Loan Terms 5 days to 12 months
  • Loans to Individuals or Corporates
  • 70% for Residential
  • 75% for Residential Closed Bridges
  • Given certain criteria, such as additional security, we will consider loans of up to 100% of the value of the primary secured property.
   
We lend against Open Market Value irrespective of the purchase price of a property. We will lend on development sites with Outline Planning permission or proven zoning agreement.

  • Loan To Value to be no more than 65%
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate proven high level of net worth and income. This is a full status product aimed at high net worth applicants. (Product specifically excludes development sites)
