| 5: What are the costs involved? |

| Answer: Every bridging loan is different and so there is no standard answer. Generally you will have the following costs:

- Administration Fee (usually a percentage of the loan) which will be deducted from the loan advance
- Valuation Fees
- Your solicitor's fees and disbursements
- Our solicitor's fees and disbursements - deducted from the loan advance
- Broker Fee (if you use a broker) – usually a percentage of the loan, deducted from the loan advance
- Interest – rates depend on individual case, deducted from the loan advance)
- Completion Fee

| 6: Do you lend on Northern Ireland properties? |
